WHAT IS WELLNESS COACHING:

Wellness coaching is a collaborative, growth-promoting relationship between the coach and client that facilitates autonomous motivation leading to changes in health and well-being.  This is accomplished through visioning, goal setting, and accountability which will enable sustainable change, a biological transformation of mindset and behavior.  This is a program that will help you connect the dots between who you are and who you want to be.  The wellness coach is part mentor, part healthcare consultant, and part confidant.
